marketing coordinator
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our clinic.
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
Content Creation and Planning
Plan, develop, and manage content for our website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, values, and objectives. Work with graphic design platforms to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Email Marketing
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote our services, specials, and events. Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven improvements to increase open rates and conversions.
Graphic Design
Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and advertisements.
Measuring Performance
Monitor and analyse campaign performance providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Relationships
Establish and maintain relationships with key marketing contacts (suppliers, media outlets etc)

Qualifications:
Significant Industry Experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or content creation. (preferred but not essential)
- Prior experience in a cosmetic industry (preferred but not essential)
Skills and attributes:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient with the use of basic graphic design platforms such as Canva
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for providing superior customer service
- A high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Mindful of client privacy and confidentiality
