Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to North Coast Medispa.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the North Coast Medispa website and to bookings, appointments, treatments, products and other services provided by North Coast Medispa.

By using our website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our services

North Coast Medispa provides skin, dermal and aesthetic services.

All treatments are subject to individual assessment and suitability. Not every treatment is appropriate for every person.

Information provided on our website is intended to provide general information about our services. It is not a substitute for an individual consultation or medical advice.

Your practitioner will discuss your individual circumstances, treatment options, potential risks and expected outcomes with you before treatment where appropriate.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be made online, by phone or through our clinic team.

When booking, please provide accurate and up to date information, including relevant medical information where requested.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may mean that we need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so that we can continue to provide appropriate care to you and our other clients.

If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact our team before booking.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice may incur a cancellation fee of $60.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may also incur a fee.

Any applicable cancellation fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking or before the appointment.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Our team may use discretion in applying cancellation fees depending on the circumstances.

4. Deposits and prepayments

Some appointments or treatments may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your booking.

Where a deposit is required, the amount and relevant terms will be communicated to you when booking.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment where the required notice is provided.

5. Consultations

A consultation allows your practitioner to understand your concerns, assess your suitability and discuss appropriate treatment options.

A consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be recommended or performed.

For some treatments, a consultation must take place before treatment can proceed.

You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment following a consultation.

6. Treatment suitability

Your safety is our priority.

Before treatment, you may be asked questions about your medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments and other factors that may affect your suitability.

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information and to tell us about any changes to your health or medications.

Your practitioner may decide that a treatment is not appropriate for you or may recommend that treatment be delayed, modified or replaced with another option.

Where appropriate, we may recommend that you see your GP, specialist or another healthcare professional.

7. Consent

Before treatment, you will be provided with information relevant to the proposed treatment and, where required, asked to provide informed consent.

You are encouraged to ask questions and discuss any concerns with your practitioner before proceeding.

You can ask questions or raise concerns at any stage of your care.

Consent to treatment does not remove your right to change your mind before treatment is performed.

8. Cosmetic injectable treatments

Cosmetic injectable treatments are subject to individual clinical assessment and suitability.

Where prescription medicines are involved, treatment will be provided in accordance with applicable legislation, professional standards and prescribing requirements.

The decision to prescribe or administer a prescription medicine is a clinical decision made by an appropriately qualified and authorised practitioner. A booking or consultation does not guarantee that a prescription or treatment will be provided.

9. Treatment results

Individual treatment outcomes vary.

Results can be affected by factors including your individual anatomy, skin condition, medical history, lifestyle, treatment history and how your body responds.

Information, photographs or examples displayed on our website or social media are not a guarantee of a particular result.

Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations and relevant limitations with you before treatment.

10. Before and after photographs

Where clinical photographs are taken as part of your treatment, they may form part of your clinical record.

We will seek appropriate consent before using photographs for marketing, educational or other purposes outside your clinical care.

Where photographs are used for marketing purposes, they are intended to illustrate potential treatment outcomes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results.

11. Prices and payments

Prices displayed on our website are provided as a guide and may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your treatment or purchase will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

Some treatments may require an individual consultation before a price can be confirmed.

Payment is required at the time of treatment or purchase unless otherwise agreed with us.

We accept the payment methods available at our clinics at the time of purchase.

12. Products

We may recommend and sell skincare and other products.

Product recommendations are made based on the information available to us and are not a guarantee that a particular product will be suitable for every person.

Please follow product directions and speak with your practitioner if you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns about a product.

Returns and exchanges for products are subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law and our individual product return policy.

13. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Any expiry date or other conditions applying to a gift voucher will be communicated at the time of purchase.

18. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the extent that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is inconsistent with a non-excludable right or obligation, that provision will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
