    We'll start by talking about what you're noticing, what you'd like to change and what you've tried before. We'll get to know you and your skin before making any recommendations.

  • We'll assess your skin, talk through your concerns and consider your history, lifestyle and goals.

    This is where we work out what's actually going on and what options may be appropriate for you.

  • We'll explain our recommendations clearly, including what we think will help, what may not be necessary and why.

    Your plan might involve professional treatments, skincare, lifestyle considerations or simply giving your skin some time. There's no pressure to do everything at once.

  • When you're ready, we'll carry out the treatments that are appropriate for you, with your comfort, safety and skin health at the centre of every appointment.

    We take a measured approach and don't believe more is automatically better.

  • Your skin changes, and your plan can too.

    We'll review how your skin is responding and make adjustments when needed. The goal isn't to keep adding treatments. It's to help you maintain healthy skin with a plan that continues to make sense for you.

  • Your 30-minute Skin Assessment is with one of our qualified dermal therapists. We’ll thoroughly cleanse and assess your skin, talk through your concerns and goals, and recommend the treatments and skincare best suited to you.

    You’ll leave with a personalised treatment plan and skincare recommendations, with no obligation to book a treatment.

  • Your 15-minute Skin Consultation is with one of our AHPRA-registered nurses and is for cosmetic aesthetic treatments. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals and suitable treatment options, and answer any questions you may have.

    There’s no obligation to book a treatment.

  • A Skin Assessment is with one of our dermal therapists and focuses on your skin, including facials, skin treatments, IPL and laser.

    A Skin Consultation is with one of our nurses and focuses on cosmetic aesthetic treatments, including wrinkle reduction treatments.

    Both appointments are designed to understand your needs and recommend the most appropriate options for you.

  • Yes, absolutely. Depending on the treatment and our availability, we may be able to treat you on the same day.
